Baking Instructions

Preheat the oven at 220 °C at fan setting. Keep lahmacun frozen while preheating. Place the lahmacuns on a baking wire or tray and cook for 4-6 minutes.  

* Temperatures may vary depending on the type of oven itself.      

If you prefer to cook in the pan, preheat the pan and use medium heat. Place the two lahmacuns so that it is one on top of the other and cook in a preheated pan for 6 – 8 minutes, making sure to turn the lahmacun regularly.
