Baking Instructions

Preheat vegetable oil to a frying temperature of 180 °C. Fry the dissolved potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Use 6 measures vegetable oil for 1 measure potato to cook in a deep fryer.

Peeled, and thinly sliced while still raw, our potatoes are first poached, then dried. With this method, the potatoes are able to preserve their intense yellow color, while frying to perfection! To serve restaurant grade french fries at the comfort of your own home, all you have to do is preheat your vegetable oil to 180 °C, and without letting them thaw, throw them in your deep fryer and fry them for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain and then toss in a bowl with salt. Serve on a plate or eat them straight out of that bowl!
