Did you know that french-fries have caused an ongoing debate between France and Belgium that still has not been resolved? While both countries claim that they’ve invented french-fries, the origins to this delicious recipe is not quite known. But there is one thing that these two countries agree on : their mouthwatering taste! Give our delicious Pek Food Crispy Fries a try! A simple dish that’s prepared by slicing potatoes, and frying them in hot oil, our Pek Food Crispy Fries feature Agria potatoes, which are known for their delicious flavor, high nutritional-value, and rich golden yellow color. A much tastier alternative to french-fries served at fast-food restaurants, our Crispy Fries are intricately prepared, beginning from the planting of the seed itself, to the harvest. Just like its name, our Crispy Fries are extremely crunchy, crispy, and toothsome! Homemade french-fries are crazy delicious. That is a fact. But what they lack is texture. What are we doing wrong while preparing these mouth-watering snacks at home? The answer to this question is actually quite simple! Peeled, and thinly sliced while still raw, our potatoes are first poached, then dried. With this method, the potatoes are able to preserve their intense yellow color, while frying to perfection! To serve restaurant grade french fries at the comfort of your own home, all you have to do is preheat your vegetable oil to 180 °C, and without letting them thaw, throw them in your deep fryer and fry them for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain and then toss in a bowl with salt. Serve on a plate or eat them straight out of that bowl!
Pek Food Tasty Tips :
To oomph up the tastiness even more, we suggest you top our Crispy Fries with a rich blend of seasonings. Mix 1 or 2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons of thyme, 1 dessertspoon of cumin, and as much salt as you wish. Sprinkle over your Pek Food Crispy Fries while hot, and mix well! You’re going to love the results, without a doubt!
